The silent path of a slug is a performance that lasts the time of a song, the one I listen to in my headphones: Free Mind by Tash Sultana. During these few minutes I move around with the help of two chalk pieces that I hold in my hands on a skateboard, leaving a trace on the ground: it is the silent path of a slug. For a while I was obsessed with slugs. They horrify me and attract me at the same time.This performance is a way of thinking with my body, a therapy in movement. There is no pretence of being more than what it is. It is an action of a body that is aware of itself and what it leaves as a trace.
